Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER: The person whose details are provided on the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered on www.erbalights.com under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products and Payment

Product details and VAT-inclusive prices are as shown on the order summary. Payments are collected via the PayTR secure payment infrastructure; card details are never seen or stored by the seller.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by contracted courier to the address provided, within at most 30 days of payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification by writing to info@erbalights.com. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the product reaching the seller. Custom-made products and hygiene-sensitive opened products are exempt.

6. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
