Returns & Delivery Terms
Delivery
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and are delivered across Turkey by contracted courier within 1-5 business days.
Returns
You may return products within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email info@erbalights.com with your order number to receive a return shipping code. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being approved.
Damaged / Defective Products
Do not accept visibly damaged parcels; have the courier record a damage report. For defective products, all shipping costs are covered by the seller and you may choose replacement or refund.
