Data Processed

Name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, Turkish ID number (required for invoicing), order and payment history, and cookie/traffic data.

Card details are never stored on this site; payments are processed by the licensed payment institution PayTR.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Data is processed to fulfil orders and deliveries (performance of contract), issue and retain invoices (legal obligation), manage accounts, resolve requests, and — with explicit consent — send commercial communications.

Transfers

Data may be shared with courier companies for delivery, PayTR for payments, hosting providers for infrastructure, and public authorities where legally required.

Retention

Data is retained for statutory periods (e.g. 10 years for invoices) and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting info@erbalights.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
